Loan Secretary/Loan Processor

Prior bank experience is required. Qualified applicant must be customer oriented, have excellent communication skills, be attentive to detail and be able to work as part of a team environment.

Job Duties

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Engage with customers and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare commercial, consumer, and residential documents when necessary by using Wolter Kluwers Compliance One Lending and Wolter Kluwers Compliance One Mortgage Products
• Set up document tracking lists for commercial, consumer, and real estate loans.
• Assist with ensuring loan files contain all necessary documentation.
• Assist loan officers in closing of loan documents
• Explain terms and conditions of loans when necessary
• Other duties as assigned
